Yes. QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay all fall under these core terms. However, each payment method has specific processing times and limits outlined in our Deposit & Withdrawal Guide. The legal framework here applies to all of them equally.

You can contact our support team to discuss your concern. If you fundamentally disagree with a term, you have the right not to open an account or to close your account. We can't change individual terms for single accounts, but your feedback helps us improve.

We can update these terms, but we'll notify you at least 14 days in advance via email and on your account dashboard. If you don't accept the new terms, you can close your account before they take effect without penalty.

Common breaches include using someone else's account, attempting fraud, using automated tools to access the platform, or providing false identity information. If we detect a breach, we'll investigate and may suspend your account pending resolution.

We retain your account records for seven years to comply with Indonesian financial regulations and to handle any disputes that arise after closure. Your personal data is deleted after that period unless law requires us to keep it longer.
